I have had the honor of providing therapeutic services to a variety of populations within Fresno, San Jose and Chicago for over 6 years. I prioritize utilizing a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and mix in breathwork to assist clients in gaining more in-depth self-awareness. I have a Master of Science in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling as well as a Master of Art in Kinesiology, Sport Psychology, and therefore I am well versed in the mind and body.
