Neurodivergent Focus

"Neurodivergent" is a respectful, non-medical term used to describe people whose brains work in ways that are different from what's considered typical. This includes individuals with conditions like autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other learning or developmental differences.

Being neurodivergent isn't about something being "wrong"; it's about recognizing and supporting different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world.

Neurodivergence Diagnosis includes:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Cognitive Impairment
  • Dyslexia
  • Tourretes
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Schizophrenia
  • BiPolar Disorder
  • Traumatic Brain Injuries

Trauma Focus

Therapy for trauma is a form of therapy specifically focused on helping someone cope with the emotional response caused by a traumatic event. “Trauma therapy is treatment aimed at reducing or, ideally, eliminating traumatization,

Group Therapy

Groups can act as a support network and a sounding board. Other members of the group often help you come up with specific ideas for improving a difficult situation or life challenge, and hold you accountable along the way. Regularly talking and listening to others also helps you put your own problems in perspective.

Art Therapy

Research is mounting that shows the benefits of art-making for enhanced mental well-being. This includes reducing cortisol levels, encouraging positive mental states, and strengthening different pathways in the brain.
